Sprout salad

Sprouts (mung bean sprouts or sunflower sprouts)
Grated carrot
Canned pineapple chunks
Juice from canned pineapple

Divide up sprouts among salad bowls. Sprinkle with grated carrot and raisins. Top with four to six chunks of pineapple. Sprinkle two to three tablespoons of pineapple juice over salad as salad dressing.
